Who are we today sometimes?

Today I have an unexplained attitude.

I wonder why she stays for so long

I can choose to ignore her

but Maybe she is here for a reason

Maybe Ms. Unexplained is here to protect me from the evil spirits

As I stand at the kitchen sink

I notice my ear is ringing

If I wasn’t spiritual, I would think nothing of it

I wonder who or what is trying to contact me

or is someone speaking grossly of my name

I rebuke and burn it out of my house.

I have more to say, but unsure what to say

Mayeb one day I will know how to utter what I am feeling.
